You Missed the Deadline to Report Your Injury or File for Benefits
The deadline for reporting your injury and filing for workers’ compensation is based on the date that your illness or injury occurred. However, this isn’t always as straightforward as it might seem. You should report your injury immediately to your supervisor and the statute of limitations for filing a worker’s compensation claim in Ohio is one year. You Submitted an Inaccurate or Incomplete Claim Form
